  Glad my truck is fixed, but did it need to take 13 business days? I feel like everything was slow and done lazily - done just enough to get by.
  I have a heavy duty front drive axle and one of the bearings failed.
  Monday I waited 2 hours to just to check in. The next day, while they were looking at the truck, one mechanic was in the lounge putting together a sofa. When they came to tell me what was wrong, all they said was "It's bad". It was Thursday before I got an estimate. Parts need to be ordered so NOTHING was done that first week. Parts didn't come in on time, parts went home in the toolbox of a mechanic that was here from another town helping out, more parts had to be ordered because they didn't realize "this too" needed to be replaced. The only time I got any information is when I called or came by. When I came today to get my truck, I noticed that my trailer doors were wide open, swinging in the breeze - someone had cut the padlock off of my empty trailer. What gets me is - the shop saw them open yesterday, but didnt bother to say anything to me or even close them.
  Over all, this is more or less par for the course when it comes to Volvo service. We've had many repairs at Volvo shops across the nation and unfortunately they have all been very dissatisfactory.
